When first I began to write this thing, I had no idea that people would actually like what I was writing or come back more than once, and so for a long time, this slot sat dormant. Now I figure I owe everyone an explanation.

I'm an itinerant technologist. Essentially, that means that someone dispatches me on cross country adventures that frequently involve me playing with routers, network equipment, computers and sometimes even hand-tools.
