Laptop Stand Skid...
I have an iCurve on my work desk, made from finest polymer by the people that brought you the iTrip, the iTalk, and eventually, after a delay that was measurable in geologic time scales, the RadioShark. It's a clever little stand, really, it has a nice U-shaped base that sprouts two arms on which you set your laptop allowing for the elevation of your laptop and its screen to a good height on your desk that mimics the height of an actual monitor. But lately, the little grip pads on the arms have lost their grippyness, and so, once an hour, I have to slide my laptop back up the arms so it won't tip over on my desk.
Anyone else seen this? How did you cope?
